Pleach was formed in February, 1978, and is the result of a partnership between three strong elements ¨CNeron Ltd., BMS Communications Services, and Lex Corporation.

The tenure and success of Neron and BMS since 1962 provide Pleach with a solid history. Lex joined these market leaders to provide the financial stability necessary for deployment of the largest infrastructure projects and to ensure further expansion.

In the early years, the focus was on the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of towers for the telecommunication and broadcast industries. In the 1980's there was great demand for highly trained technical experts in microwave transmission and power systems. Pleach filled this void in support of its customers' changing needs. With the explosion in wireless telecommunications, Pleach developed key areas of expertise and participated in the massive build-outs of the wireless carriers. Deregulation in the wireline telecommunications industry spurred Pleach to develop competitive options for the voice, data, and video markets.

Pleach now employs over 700 people and has over 20 office locations throughout North America. Our focus on serving wireless carriers, broadcasters, and wire line carriers has expanded to include the OEM's and multiple site operators. Our customers include small to large enterprises, government and public institutions and facilities, telecom carriers and service providers.

Our tenure in the telecommunications and broadcast industries has made Pleach one of the industry leaders in North America. Our scale, speed, and scope of services position us well to add value in a convergent future.
